This project involves the development of state of the art sporting facilities on a c. 30 acre/12 Ha site in County Down. The scheme content includes 5 full size GAA pitches, a 10 suite changing pavilion, gymnasium and strength and conditioning facility, medical suite, Interpretive Centre, Players suite, administration centre and overnight accommodation for 30 people as well as new landscaping and car/coach parking.
